  • You are solely responsible for all activities under your account.

5. User Content and Ownership

  • License to Createomoto: To operate the Service, you grant Createomoto a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, store, reproduce, modify, and process your Input Content and Output Content. This license terminates when you delete the content from our systems or your account is closed.

6. Intellectual Property
The Service, its original content (excluding user content), features, functionality, and the Createomoto name/logo are the exclusive property of Createomoto LLC and its licensors. These Terms do not transfer any rights to you except the limited right to use the Service as described herein.

  • AI Disclaimers: AI-generated content may contain inaccuracies, errors, or offensive material. We do not guarantee the accuracy, quality, or suitability of any Output Content. You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and using all Output Content.

  • No Liability for Third-Party Models: We rely on third-party AI models and APIs. We are not liable for their performance, outages, or changes to their terms.

  • Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, Createomoto LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising from your use of the Service.

8. Fees, Payments, and Refunds

  • You agree to pay all fees specified for your selected plan.

  • Fees are non-refundable except as required by law or at our sole discretion.

  • We may change our prices with advance notice. Your continued use after a price change constitutes your agreement.
